This is the perfect conditioner for people who do conditioner only hair cleansing! It is both silicone free and gluten free and leaves my hair looking and smelling amazing. Because I have celiac disease, I looked long and hard to find a good conditioner that will not make me sick has no silicones, and will still clean my hair. It smells wonderful,too!

Because I live in a dry climate, shampoos are harsh, and dry my hair out. To protect my long, fragile hair, I only shampoo once a month, but I use a gentle conditioner every day. This one doesn't make my hair greasy or weighed down, but cleans and conditions without harsh shampoos. Love it!!!

It is also a great overall bodywash and shaving gel for people with dry skin. I keep a gallon bottle with a pump in my shower, and use this for all my showering needs. I come out of the shower clean, and moisturized every morning, and invigorated from the wonderful smell.

My favorite hair conditioner arrived at a post office, not my home address. Read the shipping details carefully. I live in a rural area which has NO home delivery, and use a PO box in a neighboring town for USPS deliveries. The gallon plastic container arrived at the other post office in a box with zero packaging material. The box was obviously dropped and the plastic container split on a seam. The post office bagged the leaking mess and sent it over to the neighboring town's (my) post office where I was informed that it awaited. The conditioner had leaked out into the box and bag and onto both post offices' holding bins, and likely left its slippery signature in other post office sorting sites along the way.

Amazon was quick to refund my purchase price, I sent my apologies to both post offices, and I'm now waiting for the Nature's Gate shampoo, shipped a few days later. And wondering if the same thing will happen! The refund department didn't seem to be at all interested in what had happened and how it could have been avoided if shipped plastic gallon containers were packaged with SOME material that would keep them from bursting.

I've been using the Original Nature's Gate Conditioner since the 1970's. The fragrance is unbelievable, and your hair feels like silk after you use it. It used to be readily available at health food stores, but not so much anymore. I was overjoyed to find it on Amazon. It smells great. Your hair feels clean and alive after using. I plan to order it again, and again. Thanks for revitalizing my shower experience!
