Placenta previa 20 weeks? RE-POST need some answers ladies?

hi all,

i had my 20 week just over 2 weeks ago and everything was fine and were expecting our first boy! (previous pregnancies girls) but the only thing was that i have placenta previa and my doctor is sending me back for an ultrasound at 30 weeks to check and if it hasn't moved she will be organising a day for a c- section. how common is it that the placenta will move away from my os? im a little worried but not to much but my last 2 pregnancies i had completely natural no pain relief and both were born on their due dates, i i would really like to have another for my last child. do you think i can request an ultrasound at like 34 weeks after my doctors one to see if it may have moved away from my os? cause i think 30 weeks is to early to see, being their is 10 more weeks of stretching happening in there. someone that has had the same thing or experienced please a little input would be nice.

thankx

Question #7:

Do you think he's actually bi or just gay and afraid?

OK, I don't really care one way or the other, but I'd like to know what you think.
My bf says he's bi but sometimes I wonder whether he just says that to maintain some sense of "normalcy" since he comes from a very conservative family/area where homosexuality isn't very accepted. Here are some facts about him:

-He's 26 and still completely closeted
-He's been with a lot more guys than girls
-He's never had a girlfriend but he's never had a boyfriend either (until I came along)
-He comments on girls' bodies occasionally but to me it doesn't seem natural. I think he only spanks his money to gay p_orn
-He tells me stories of how he'd go on dates with girls and then, for some reason, they wouldn't want to keep going out with him...which doesn't make sense to me because he is every girls dream (hot, smart, masculine, has a great job, charismatic, etc.)
-He often using the term fa_g or faggo_t (seems like a bit of self-hatred to me)

I'm skeptical because, honestly, I'm on the fence as to whether bisexuality even exists, especially in men. I may be wrong, but it seems like only teenagers that are still unsure of their sexuality or are unwilling to completely come out as gay tell people that they are bisexual. My bf is the first person over the age of 21 that says he's bi...so.....what do you think?
Sorry, I meant spanks his **monkey** lol

Question #8:

Is this a good brand of cat food?

I have Nutro Natural Choice.

Question #9:

Does hair down there matter for natural birth?

I don't normally keep any, but the protruding tummy is starting to hinder my ability to be rid of it all....
So does it really matter, or does it hinder or anything?

Question #10:

Minor v. Happersett holds that no 14th amendment US citizen can be president, only a "natural born citizen"?

can be.
Minor holds, as a ruling that nowhere in the 14th amendment is the definition of a natural born citizen.

So if you meet the definition of any statutory citizen in the 14th amendment, you cannot be a natural born citizen.

Obama's COLB says he was born in Hawaii with one US citizen parent, and based on what that "says" he fits one of the definitions of a 14th amendment statutory citizen.

Obama therefore cannot be a natural born citizen per Minor.

Obama cannot be eligible as POTUS, and per the Constitution legally is NOT potus.

So why does anyone have to follow an imposter?
I meant ARTICLE II section 1 clause 5 says no statutory citizen can be president, only a natural born citizen...
@Vickilyn: Yes, it's so obvious but the obots keep confabulating statutory citizenship with natural born citizenship as if they're the exact same thing, which they're not--all one has to do is read the law a little, not even a lot!
candy g: The definition of natural born citizen is 2 US citizen parents born on US soil, the state AT birth. So if you had become a US citizen then yes, but otherwise your son has divided citizenship or allegiances which is what's precluded in the Constitution since it's impossible to have a president who has legal obligations to another country.
@Captain Snarky, I never once quoted Alan Keyes, I quoted a Supreme Court Ruling, Minor v. Happersett, Keyes wasn't alive then.
Hawaii was a state in 1959, but again having only one US citizen parent makes a person only a statutory citizen. It takes 2 US citizen parents to be a natural born citizen:

No statutory citizen can be president, only a natural born citizen. Article II US Constitution
SCOTUS precedent: Minor v. Happersett
"It was never doubted (that)...all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves... natural-born citizens"
"...every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the
language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen…." . .John Bingham in the United States House on March 9, 1866
(Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291 (1866))

Minor also holds no statutory citizen can ever be a natural born citizen, and vice versa.

Question #12:

This is for all of you who want to know how to make healthy snacks yummier.?

wondering how to make those fruits and veggies and such have a better taste? well here it is.

FRUIT SALAD!
if you combine a bunch of fruit together it gives a great natural sweet snack. my mother makes it for me all the time and it always taste as if there was sugar added. any fruit will do. apples, berries, strawberries, melon, pair, peaches, etc.
it's yummy and healthy. if you want a little more taste to it add a little whip cream. [don't load it on though!]

FRUIT SMOOTHIES!
instead of having artificial smoothies made of who knows what - make your own!
i makes smoothies with my dad ALL THE TIME. i know exactly how to make it tatse great.
one thing about the way me and my dad make them is that they will never taste the same twice. [unless you write down exactly what you put in] i always just dunk in whatever.
add whatever fruit you want [ i recommend bananas they give the smoothie a way better taste]. put in some fruit juice or milk of your choice and a couple spoons of honey. it's the best!

POPCORN!
popcorn is one of the healthiest snacks! plain popcorn is the best because there is no butter. if you buy stove top kernels to make plain popcorn it makes a great snack. add a little salt and there ya go!

A LITTLE HERE AND THERE!

put some honey on an avocado -tastes great!

cut up a green apple and add a LITTLE salt. [sounds funny but it tastes so yummy, i swear]

raision oatmeal cookies are a great choice. i don't like raisions at all, but it adds a sweatness even if you pick them out.

Speacial K cereal with strawberries is a good breakfast choice.

Whole grain tortilla chips are my favourite ever. they taste so good.

without the meat, pizza is a good lunch choice too. the different meat makes it not that healthy, but just plain cheese pizza is very healthy. Even if you add some veggies it's still great. homemade pizza is a better choice rather than pizza from a pizza shop.

Ok, that's what i have FOR NOW.
hope this helped someone.
peanuts, granola bars, dried mangos [or other fruit], angel food cake, pretzels, and skim milk are all very good as well.
okay,i get it. no one appreciated any of this. i've been using yahoo answers for 3 years i know wat this site is meant for. ijust wanted toshare some of what i know to help others.

Eerie, SHORT STORY, 2 crazy old ladies? Haunted House? WHAT TO ADD, CHANGE, does it make sense?? HELP Plz?

***OK I PROMISE YOU, best answer will be handed out in ONE HOUR, I have excellent y/answers history**** So please tell me what makes no sense...or what I should add...or take out...plz and thank you!!

Young and vibrant, a woman named Mable decided to settle down, away from her family, at the age of twenty four. She and her husband, Herb, moved into an old cabin in a remote corner of California's wine country, 45 minutes North of San Francisco. She and her husband soon became a happy little family of 3, bringing Evelyn into the world. Their happiness proved to be short-lived, as Herb received a fatal diagnosis, in his early 30’s. Though he fought nobly, the disease won. He passed away during surgery, as Mable and Evelyn waited in the sitting area just down the hall. After only 7 years of marriage, Rose found herself a grieving widow with a small, 6 year old child. The mother and daughter lived privately, and made it through the years without their husband/father, living off Herb’s inherited stock from the wine industry.

Evelyn felt that losing her father due to illness was an unfair disadvantage to her life, and through the years, at a young age, It left an empty, scarred, angry hole in her heart. One that shaped her character from early on.

As she got older, Evelyn spent all of her time alone. She felt no remorse in neglecting her studies or when she stopped playing with the other children in the community. The only time she would leave her home was when she traveled down to the oceanside by bicycle. She was still a normal girl, just a quiet, introverted one. No one suspected anything, it was just thought to be Evelyn's way of coping. In her early teenage years, her mother discovered she was experimenting in local witchcraft. Soon, her isolation was coupled with pentagrams and spiritual studies.

As decades crept by, Mable’s socialization and contact with society became merely non existent. By the time Mable was 67, she was diagnosed with Heliophobia and Agoraphobia. She eventually moved to the upstairs attic, covering every single window with cloth, blocking natural sunlight light from entering her darkened room. Afraid to live life, her disease and obsessive compulsive disorders only complicated matters worse. Some of her symptoms included wanting nothing to do with people or being outdoors. She was not even mentally capable of checking mail from her own box at the end of the driveway. The only person who ever came to visit their cabin in the woods was a local doctor, who would check up on them from time to time.

By the time Mable was in her late 80’s, her daughter Evelyn’s mind was beginning to show signs of a deteriorating mind herself. Neighbors stated that her depression had worsened, and her vision of reality had become faltered. It was said that she would play games with her mother’s mind, locking her in the attic, and often believing that her mother had been stolen from their own home and that she would search for her mother on the grounds of the property, sometimes yelling and searching down the street. Her chemical disorders of the mind were all more than the neighboring families wanted to accept. She suffered daily with panic and anxiety, but was already accustomed to this way of life. When her name is brought up, people still share stories of seeing Evelyn on the beach side, performing spells on the sand, and spoke of her collection of shells, dolls, canister items, and other unknown memorabilia that was just recently discovered.

The mysteries of their lives, family, physical, mental history will never fully be exposed, as Evelyn was the last child of the family. Stories have been told that people thought Evelyn had cursed her mother into having phobias, which was the downfall of her sanity. When the mother finally passed, it is unknown where she was buried or if she was cremated. Evelyn eventually moved into a county home because she could no longer manage her own well being. Evelyn passed 8 years ago, and since she has left the home in which she grew up in,… no one has entered the home, until my contact, just recently.

Question #15:

Why do some people insult others, but flip out when they're insulted?

For example, a couple situations.

Vegetarian- Eating meat is wrong! It's murder! You're all murderers!! SCUM!!!
Non-vegetarian- Humans are supposed to eat meat. It's natural.
Vegetarian- HELP HELP I'M BEING REPRESSED!!!

Minority race of your choice- White people suck!!!
White guy- Hey, don't be like that!
Minority race of your choice- HEY!! YOU ARE RACIST!! EVERYBODY LOOK!!! IT'S A RACIST!!!

Why does that stuff happen? Why can't we just go on with our lives regardless of other people's beliefs? Does it honestly matter? People like that stir up racism and incite violence, though they claim that their so called "missions" are to prevent it. It gives a bad name to other people with similar viewpoints. Like how all Muslims are labeled as terrorists just because some nut-ball yelled about Allah before he blew himself to bits and pieces.
Castilla y Leon- you do realize that white people aren't a minority here. So therefore you are sounding ridiculous by saying something completely irrelevant to the situation.

Also, how can there be two people using your account?
And that up there actually happens. You've never seen it, have you? It looks pathetic. You don't want to.

Question #16:

28. irrational, addition

29. irrational, subtraction

30. natural, addition

i don't understand please explain and help, thank you

Question #17:

The futurist party/technology party?

[I made spelling and typing errors. I'm a scientist, I don't care. So don't bother telling me.]

As a scientist (and more importantly, a futurist and specialist in technology), I am continually frustrated with the ridiculous issues we waste our time on endlessly entrenching ourselves over. Many are a huge waste of time, (gay marriage, 9/11 mosque) and almost all can be solved with the development of advanced technologies and sciences. I am a "democract", and I suppose socially a "liberal", but mostly because religious issues don't really bother me. But then I see people like Al gore dribble on about how global warming (which is exactly what he says, but unimportant, but irrelevant. see below) is our biggest threat, and will destroy our civilization, totally unaware of how technologies can easily make up for any of the "challenges" it'll belay, and I realize it's still a primitive and ignorant political approach.

Everytime the futurist community tries to voice these views, we are always labeled as "nutjobs", or are largely ignored because don't understand just what the implications would be from our idea's from being implemented. Nanotechnologies, agricultural engineering, artificial intelligence, hi-tech archetechiture, and so forth- all these are so ignored and yet they can do SO much. I we spend 70% of our efforts and budget on technology and sciences, we'd have the ability to do things you can't imagine, and probably won't believe, but I'm about to tell you.

Listen to this.....

1. MILITARY/DEFENSE: Advanced laser systems, biological enhancements, tracking software, global computer networking, transportation- all of these would make terrorism virtually impossible, as our security systems become impenetrable, our survellience unpassable, and weapons undodgable. Now we're actually rather good at this, but we could be better. I don't understand why the wiretapping issue was such a big deal- the CIA doesn't care about you, promise.

2. Healthcare: Nanotechnology and genetic therapies will fundamentally alter our approach to medicine. I happen to be life extension scientist, and the possibility that we'll achieve 500 year lifespans within the next 30 years is very possible ( I know, I know, I promise it is.) AND deal with the population surplus and resource problems. At any rate, "obama care" will be obsolete, as will almost all of our modern medicines.

3. Resource/space/quality of life: Here's why I'm a democrat but HATE Al Gore. This enviromentalism stuff is total nonsense. Who CARES what the "natural way is?" Humans are on earth, what we do is a natural occurance. Cities are no more than giant beehaves, right? Popular science had an article suggesting a skyscraper made of reinforced glass, and each story was an indoor-greenhouse style farm. Now, imagine how much food we could produce in a city-sized space of these things. That's just one of THOUSANDS of examples of how better engineering could radically better our quality of life, and yet it's ignored. I could fill 1,000 pages with that kind of stuff.

4.
5.
6.
7.
8.......... and so on.....get it???

We'll one day be able to remove a fetus without killing it, thus solving the abortion issue (ok, you may have moral reasons against these, but who REALLY loses?)

I'm going to be a regular here, so this was just my opening post. But I'll tell you VOLUMES of info on what a technological revolution could accomplish.

(I know you've spotted my potential problems with the things I said, I just couldn't make this TOO long. Email, I'll be happy to explain.)

-Again, I know, typing mistakes. I'm a math guy.
This was my first time posting, so I missed alot and made many mistakes, I know. Each post will be better.

Question #18:

Calculus problem on work required (10 points)?

When a certain spring is expanded 13 centimeters from its natural position and held fixed, the force necessary to hold it is 2600 dynes. Find the work W required to stretch the spring an additional 13 centimeters.

Question #19:

Should I get a horse?

I am a HUGE horse nut. I have been riding English for one year, been doing Natural Horsemanship for a year, and been riding western for about 6 years. Basically, I am a good rider. Not quite an advanced rider, but an advanced intermediate. When it comes to horse care, I know the basics. Grooming, feeding and health are in my knowledge. I can do simple medical things like clean a wound or change dressings. I can recognize several horse problems like thrush, hoof abscess, colic, lameness and being cast in a stall. All in all, i know a bit about horses. I am only 14 and I live in a town. If I ever got a horse, i would board it at my friend's stables. (they live only 5 minutes away). I want my own horse that i can share the trails and show ring with! My parents don't share my horse passion with me, but they do know the basics as well, we previously lived on a sheep/ donkey farm. I ask them if i can have my own horse but they say no.They say that it will not be fair for the horse when i go to college and leave him behind. But I will visit very often and the horse will not go without riding, i will lease him out until i am home from college. I have spoken to several people who own or train horses and they say I am a great rider and horse person, but i should not get my own horse. Everyone thinks I should get more experienced with horses. I cannot wait until i am older, because what if i never get the chance to own a horse! This is quite a problem for me. I thought i should get more advice so that's why i am asking. Should i get a horse????!

Question #20:

37 weeks with 3rd baby and having very painful thigh cramps ?

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have never had these kind of cramps before. I am booked in for a c-section on 24th september as I am unable to risk a natural birth due to 2 previous emergency sections. Is this some indication of labour ? The cramps are very painful, stop me in my tracks, but very quick, they only last a few seconds.
