i am prescribed to paxil and nortriptyline. I was wondering if the drugs are bad for you. if they are not bad, could they both be used together? With maybe 10mg of paxil in the morning and 25mg of the nortrip before bed. I am an 18 year old male. I workout daily, and take a number of vitamins. I was wondering if i should just stick to the natural route. I suffer from mostly anxiety, it seems like im always tense and stressed. the use of marijuana really helps alot. I have been addicted to prescription drugs, mostly tramadol and lortab. Alot of my anxiety comes from performance im pretty sure. A little bit of the social. But i always seem to want to impress, and i feel not good enough. I suffer from a little bit of depression, just depends of the day. I have not been actually checked out at a mental health center before. Here is the list of things i take daily.

1000mg fish oil

and last 750mg tribulus

I think my 18 year old Arab mare would benefit from a joint supplement as she is generally a lot stiffer these days.
I've had her on bute recently which did help but I don't want her living on it forever. I've looked at glucosamine, MSM, Cod lover oil, apple cider vinegar......... but not sure which would be most helpful to my girl? I want her to have the best but am on a budget please help!!

also I do a hair mask along with powder treatment
and twice a week do an hotoil treatment.
I haven't tried co washing yet as I don't see the point.

This isn't very politically correct but the CDC says its true. As a gay person that was infected with HIV when it was called GRID(gay related immune deficiency), I am sadden by these numbers.
